Our Meritor Driveline Remanufacture System has many features that exceed competitors facilities:
  • Balances drivelines at vehicle operating speeds up to 3,600 RPM to detect the smallest of vibrations.
  • Our computerized balancer measures digital angle and amount of driveline vibration to provide precision balancing.
  • Cut - Pull - Push - Yoke Press is automatic and hydraulically powered to speed up repairs as much as 70 percent over competitors methods.
  • Tubing is dressed and chamfered prior to welding to insure proper strength and workmanship.
  • Welder / Straightener allows for variable speed rotation of drive shafts to provide stronger and more precisely aligned welds.
  • Drivelines are remanufactured with Genuine Parts to restore your drivelines to original factory specifications.
